Services at DBT of Bristol

Service 1

DBT is designed to help individuals learn skills quickly that they can apply in their daily lives to help manage their emotions, or urges (self harm, suicidal thoughts, substance use etc.) As such, it’s recommended to do weekly sessions so that diary cards can be processed in depth, and specific skills taught. Sessions are typically 60 to 75 minutes in duration.

I am working to become in network with several insurance providers, the price below is “self pay”

A group therapy session taking place indoors with an attentive counselor guiding the discussion.

These are run weekly (90 minutes) and are a mixture of all genders and backgrounds. We use Marsha Linehan’s curriculum, and homework is assigned every session. I am currently only running adult groups with a plan to run teen multifamily groups in the future.

A client who participates in this group must also be doing weekly individual DBT (either with me or another DBT trained counselor).

A professional filling out tax forms with a pen at a desk, captured in soft lighting.

This is required to start services with me. It typically is 90 to 120 minutes long and I ask that you fill out forms in the secure Client portal before we meet. This helps me to get to know you, and collaborate once you arrive regarding appropriate services.

You are welcome to also bring in any notes/ prior assessments done by other providers for me to review. Quoted price below is “self pay” option.
